Meet The Team
We’re an award-winning landscape design and build team based in the Lehigh Valley, passionate about transforming outdoor spaces. We work with homeowners and businesses to create timeless, functional landscapes that elevate the way people live and interact with the outdoors.
Mike Kline has been a driving force behind Fernrock Landscapes since 2003, bringing passion, precision, and a visionary approach to every outdoor space. Known for his hands-on leadership and deep understanding of natural design, Mike ensures every project receives the attention it deserves—from concept to completion.
With a degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Delaware Valley University, Mike pairs formal training with over two decades of field experience in landscape construction, project management, and client care. His work is guided by a belief that great landscapes are built not only with skill, but with intention and heart.
Outside of Fernrock, Mike serves as Fire Chief and President of the Upper Milford Western District Fire Company. He also supports his wife’s equestrian business, continuing a life dedicated to craftsmanship, community, and the outdoors.
Mike Kline leads Fernrock Landscapes with a passion for thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and creating outdoor spaces that feel both timeless and natural. Since 2003, he has guided the company’s commitment to quality, bringing careful attention and personal involvement to every project.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Ornamental Horticulture from Delaware Valley University, with a concentration in Landscape Contracting and Management and a minor in Business. During his time at Delaware Valley, he served as President of the Landscape Nursery Club and was inducted into the National Agricultural Honor Society. He also contributed to the university’s display at the Philadelphia Flower Show.
Outside of Fernrock Landscapes, Mike serves as Fire Chief and President of the Upper Milford Western District Fire Company and enjoys helping his wife operate her equestrian business.
